Here are the vulnerable points on the front side of the human body and their reactions below. The head and hands go towards the point of injury and the body bends backwards if the injury is above the sternum. If struck below sternum, the body will bend forwards. I think all of us have experienced the above reactions at some point in our lives. To achieve such reactions, effective injury has to occur.
I wanted to combine both designs into one, but they’re better off on their own. I will illustrate the posterior side next post. Mind you, these aren’t pressure points. And remember, it’s a reference chart, not a substitute in lieu of actual training. Enjoy!
